About the Project

Mr. Kumar Bahirwani, founder of KSB Centre for Self-Efficacy, sought a task management application to enhance his clients' efficiency in assigning and managing tasks. Recognizing the need for improved organizational performance, he also required an intranet application to serve as a central hub for all important links. Aiming for a SaaS model, he approached us to fulfil these requirements. After thorough discussions and requirement gathering, we finalized the statement of work and commenced our UI/UX design process. Our team focused on delivering a user-friendly and efficient application within a short span of time to reduce the time to market. With our meticulous approach and commitment to excellence, we have made significant progress, and Mr. Kumar is extremely pleased with our work thus far.
